Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of AIToURL (the “Service”), operated by [Your full legal name or company name] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy are part of these Terms.

1. The Service

AIToURL hosts files and makes them available through public links. You can publish files from AI assistants and agents through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector, or upload them from your dashboard. Each file gets an unguessable link that opens that file only.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a third-party identity provider (such as Google or GitHub). You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account, including by AI assistants or apps you authorize. You can review and revoke connected apps at any time in your dashboard.
• Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us promptly at [contact e-mail] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Plans and limits

If a Pro subscription ends, your account returns to the Free plan: free-plan limits and retention apply, and your files are kept for at least 90 days after the end of the subscription. Files above the free limits stay online but you cannot add new files until you are back under them. We may adjust plan limits with reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively to a period you already paid for.

4. Pro subscription, prices and payment

• Pro costs 5 € per month or 49 € per year, all taxes included for consumers in the European Union. Prices shown at checkout prevail.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you keep Pro until then.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and, if it keeps failing, return your account to the Free plan.
• We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 30 days’ notice. You can cancel before the new price applies.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from your first Pro subscription. To exercise it, contact us at [contact e-mail] within 14 days of your first payment: we will refund that payment in full, without having to give a reason, within 14 days of your request. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.

6. Your content

• You keep all rights to the files you publish. You grant us a limited licence to store, copy and serve them only as needed to run the Service.
• Files you publish are public to anyone who has their link. Do not publish anything you need to keep private.
• You are solely responsible for your content and must have the rights to publish it. It must comply with the law and with our Acceptable Use Policy.
• We do not monitor content in advance. As a hosting provider, we act promptly to remove or block content that is reported to us and is manifestly unlawful, and we may suspend accounts that break these Terms. You can report content at /report.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and your files safe, but we provide it “as is”, without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of important files: AIToURL is a publishing service, not a backup service.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Dashboard → Security; this permanently deletes your files and their links. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, after notice where possible. If we close a paid account without fault on your part, we refund the unused part of the current period.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will give notice in the Service at least 30 days in advance. If you continue to use the Service after the changes take effect, the new Terms apply.

11. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Contact us first at [contact e-mail]: most issues are solved quickly that way. If you are a consumer and we cannot reach an agreement, you can refer the dispute free of charge to our consumer mediator: [Name and website of your consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation)]. Otherwise, the competent courts apply.
